I just ordered profiles for the two donors i am interested in. in reading them noticed that the handwriting explaining the health issues of family members is very similar. does someone at the CCB write those in or does the donor himself? also is the health history form filled out in an "interview" type setting? thanks for your help.

Yes, our Genetic Counselors go over all the information in a series of interviews with the donors.

The explanations of any family medical issues are written by the counselors themselves.
