    It's important to keep in mind that each woman's journey to parenthood is unique. We ship vials around the world to women of all different ages. Some inseminate themselves at home, some use fertility drugs, some do IVF with donor eggs, etc. Another woman's insemination outcome has no bearing on your personal chance of success.

    Studies have shown that for IUIs with donor sperm, the 5 predictive variables for the outcome in terms of clinical pregnancy rate include the number of treatment cycles, number of mature follicles, the cycle day for insemination, the occurrence of ovulation at the time of insemination, and maternal age.
