I see that both donors have given sperm a few years ago. Does that matter at all? Should I be looking at fresher sperm? Also I have a question about donor 13694...I have read that he had low sperm count. Should I be concerned with this?

Once sperm is frozen, the cells do not age over time. In addition to our sperm donor program, we also have a program called Fertile Future, where young men facing cancer can freeze their own sperm and use it decades later when they are ready to start a family.
It's perfectly fine to use vials from a donor that donated some time ago. Thawing the vials is the important part (no matter how long the specimen has been frozen) and we include thawing instructions in every vial shipment.
Also, there's no reason to be concerned about using Donor 13694. None of our donors have a "low sperm count". We have an extensive screening process and less than 1% of applicants actually become CCB donors. Even after the donor is accepted into our program, every single donation is evaluated for specimen quality. The vials must meet or exceed our strict quality standards.
We ship vials to facilities all over the world and different variables like thawing time, thawing process, the individual doing the counting, and the type of counting chamber used, can affect the total motile sperm concentration result. This doesn't mean that the donor has a low sperm count.
Donor 13694 is getting very close to selling out of vials, so if he's your top choice please don't wait too long to purchase. It's also important to purchase all the vials you would need now, especially if you want siblings. This donor completed our program and no additional vials will be released. We offer free storage programs to assist you with family planning.
