Fertility Diet

Hi girls,
I have read a few posting on other sites about fertility diets..anyone have any suggestions on what is the best diet before IUI. I have already cut out most caffeine but I am sure there are more things I can do--any suggestions????????????

    I have been looking into this somewhat too.

    I got this email today from babycenter.com regarding infertility and diets high in trans-fat... (Hope the link works! You may have to copy & paste if not)

    Part of the article: "The study shows that for every two percent increase in calories coming from trans fats instead of carbohydrates, women have a 73 percent increased risk for infertility, and the risk rises to 79 percent when trans fats are replacing omega-6 polyunsaturated fats. And, it doesn't take a lot of trans fats to impact fertility—women consuming just four grams a day are at risk"

    It was interesting, especially since I hadn't heard that one before.
