clomid & thin uterine lining

what is everyone's experience with clomid and thin uterine lining?...

I was told mine is only 6cm (on CD10) - is my lining still growing?

  • Hello,
I've done three clomid cycles with no uterine lining problems at all. I did however develop cysts and so my cycles were spaced apart and not, one right after the other....I think people are experiencing problems after prolonged use (6 months or more) and when they do a cycle each month. Talk with your doc to verify, but I think they'll monitor your lining and if it seems thin, I think there is a medication to help with that. Don't know what 6cm means, but it sounds pretty healthy....did the ultrasound tech say anything about it?
  • Oh and yes, your lining will continue to grow until you have your menstrual cycle (when it sheds) or become pg.
  • so we were going to try this month..even had a friend who's a physicians assitant say he would help us by getting the catheter in the uterus...

but now I'll be headed out of town for a funeral during my LH surge! Guess that's God telling us to wait anyway -

I'M SICK OF WAITING! I don't know how some of you do it... I can't even get started or try!

    ugh -

  • while I'm still headed out of town during what I expect to be the surge...I did get some encouraging news today!

Drs office called about my test results - everything came back PERFECT! He had thought we would have to do shots to thicken my uterus lining...but after further review - we are good to GO! We can even try this month (which we were going to do anyway) except now I'll be out of town - maybe it will be late like last month...

    wouldn't that be GREAT!???
