Sperm count and mobility.

Hi all!
I was just wondering from those with successful IUI's what your donor sperm count and mobility was? I just had my 2nd IUI this morning and the count looked good, but the nurse did comment about the mobility being lower than they like to see. At this point I'm already feeling this attempt was set up to fail. I'm so frustrated I could cry.

What type of vials did you order? IUI or ICI? My Doctor's office preferred us to order ICI vials and they would do the wash and prep themselves...they said that they felt they just got a little better sample that way. Also, when we talked to our Dr. about our vial counts vs. the counts we would see other people getting, she told us the count is subjective especially if using ICI vials and washing. There are apparently different wash methods...some would leave you with a higher number but less motility and other washes would leave you with smaller number of sperm but with a higher motility, meaning the sperm quality was better even though the actual number was lower. On our successful IUI cycle...after the wash and prep, we inseminated 8.07 million with 98% motility. We are currently 9 weeks 5 days pregnant. What was the count and motility on your last cycle?
We ended up using 6 vials to achieve our pregnancy...our lowest number at insemination was 2.2 and our highest was 8.8. So the vial that we got pregnant on ended up being our second best with count.
Hope this helps you...if you have any questions feels free to ask!!
BABY DUST TO YOU!!!

Thanks to you both for responding! I have been driving myself crazy since I left the clinic this morning thinking about this.
I believe we ordered ICI vials, my clinic does the wash and prep themselves. I'm not sure what the exact numbers were for my first attempt last month, the nurse just said they looked good and that was all. Today I had a different nurse and she took the time to go over the numbers with me.
Today the sperm count was 12 million and the mobility was 37%. She said that it was a bit low, as they like at least 50% and higher. She could tell this concerned me and did her best to assure me that I could have sucess with these numbers.
We all know this isn't cheap and part of me is very upset they would be having this low quality of donors and part of my just wants to cry because I want this so very badly.
