Options???

Hello, We recently purchased a vial of sperm for our ivf procedure. The vial has already been shipped to our physicians office. We just found another donor that we absolutely fell in love with and would like to use instead. What options do we have as far as returning or selling the current vial?

Unfortunately, once the vial ships out of our facility we cannot buy it back or offer a vial exchange.
