How many follicles should i have with Clomid??

Just curious I am in my first go round. My doc put me on Clomid and my ultrasound today showed 6 big follicles. He said I am risk for multiples. Just curious what others counts have been and if they conceived multiples..

    I was on Femara, basically the same as Clomid. Tries 1-5 I only had one follicle. I got pregnant on #5, but lost the baby at 8 weeks. I tried again and had 3 follicles on try 6. One was small, but 2 were the same size. Now, I am pregnant with twins. I should also mention that tries 5 and 6, we added Femara and 3 days worth of Menopur shots. So, the femara did not increase my follicles much, but I also have PCOS and don't ovulate without it. Six follicles sounds like a lot to me.
