Donor 13928 Appearance

This is a new donor who is obviously very intelligent. But the staff impressions say nothing about his looks. Am I to assume that because of this omission he is not very good looking? Could you please give more detail about his looks and how handsome he is--rate him on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the best? Thanks.
