What is the best way to thaw the sperm for ICI...

Hi everyone - i am hoping to communicate with the women who have conceived through ICI insemination at home. I am scheduled to do the ICI procedure at home tomorrow and my biggest question would be - what is the best way to thaw the sperm? I'm nervous I will over thaw. Any suggestions would be soo helpful. Any tips and/or anyone who has successfully conceived through this method that can offer advise would be great. Thanks!

    There are a few podcasts on the CCB home page (I think) and I know for sure there are some you tube videos I've personally watched that explains the thawing process.
