I bought a level 3 account. I ordered sperm and am now pregnant. My 3 month account has expired. In order to get my donors information now, do I have to buy it again? I'd like to have the pictures, interview, etc for a keepsake.

    Congrats on your pregnancy!

    The Level 2 and Level 3 subscription items are view only and not able to be downloaded. You are able to download the free Level 1 items at any time.

    We provide a complimentary Keepsake Packet for Level 2 & Level 3 subscription clients which contain hard copies of those items for your donor.

    If you haven't done so already, please officially report your pregnancy either by phone or use the following link. Please also confirm your current home address is correct. We will automatically mail you a Keepsake Packet for your donor.
