Wondering after taking Provera how long did it take to start your period? Also what dose of Provera did you take and for how long? Thanks for the input!!!

I took Provera for the 1st time last month- I took it for 10 days and got my period on the 10th day. Since then I have been diagnosed with hypothyroid and PCOS (Polycystic Ovaries) and we are medicating for that hoping it will help. I am supposed to take the Provera again if I go 6 weeks without my next period. I'm sorry I'm not a home right now so i don't know what dose my doctor put me on. Hope that help.
