How to find out if a certain donor is being bought back

I am trying to find out if anyone who has 11147 in storage would like to sell back any vials. I did not plan on having a second child, but my first has a medical condition that seems to respond well with gentical simlar stem cells. Not a doctor here, hope I am stating that correctly. I was told that there are vials in storage, but how would I find out if they would like to sell? Can you send out an inquiry?
