recent bloodwork..strange results and bad newss

well I had my CD3 blood work redone..and the nurse from my RE called me. I also have ovarian cysts and I'm getting a laproscopy done in a couple wks to check for endo and other stuff. My FSH went from 10 to 1.6..yes, 1.6. It is almost puberty range. Now my AMH is also very low but she says the cysts may be throwing things off. She suggests after my laproscopy, that we redo the bloodwork and then we need to be aggressive, atleast with injectables and IUI etc.. No more Femara and def no Chlomid. I am doing this alone and have no fertility coverage at all on my insurance and I don't have the funds right now for IVF tho I am working a second job rite now. I am still in my 30s, and have regular but crampy periods every month. My progesterone was 7.2 CD 24, which was normal, accordng to my gyn. I am hoping the cysts are the reason for the bad nbrs. Does anyone have any opinions on this? Thanks.

    I'm 29 will be 30 on Saturday I had a lap surgery in May of last year after my 1st and only IUI didn't work. Both of my fallopian tubes were removed and so I took a few months to heal and now I'm doing IVF which is the only choice I have at this point. I'm about halfway through with it and should be having my egg retrieval within the next 3 days. To be honest I didn't even know what FSH meant when I read your post so I looked it up. Not quite sure what my levels are but I'm sure with all the million blood specimens I have given the doctors obviously thought it was the appropriate level although I will ask about it when I go tomorrow. There are several of us single moms are single like you and I TTC that are apart of a secret Facebook group which you may find very useful, one of the women is a nurse and could probably answer a lot of questions and me too.     Hi Misskris - re your FSH reading, when I had a cyst, it also sent my FSH level down - it went from 8 to 3. It's because the cyst was producing estrogen, which in turn lowers your FSH. Was your estrogen level checked?
