PA office

I am near your Palo Alto office. If I order the specimen, have it sent to the PA office. Can I pick it up from there to take to my RE's office, is that considered a shipment or a pick up and what cost applies? Thanks in advance .

    Hi Mizro -

    Yes, but there are a few things to know...

    1. You have to place your order over the phone at 866-927-9622.

    2. The vial transfer fee is $75. This one time fee covers all your vials being shipped to PA.

    3. You must order well ahead of time to take advantage of any savings because your vial(s) will be included in our weekly bulk shipment. Plan on at least a week ahead of your pick-up date. Client Services can confirm the shipment date.

    4. If you need your vial sooner, you will have to use the regular FedEx options, but you can ship your remaining vials to PA for future cycles.

    5. You will be responsible for the regular $35 pick-up handling fee in PA.

    6. Since your vials will remain with CCB in PA, they will still be eligible for the Buy Back program should you reach your family goal with extras left over.

    Thank you Scott. For clarification, I called CCB and was told that I would have to set up an account for storage. The fee is $260/year in order to have the specimen shipped to Palo Alto. Is this true? Thanks again.

    Sorry for the confussion. I should have said that regualr storage fees still apply just as they would in L.A.

    If you take advantage of our Family Today (5 vials/1 year free storage) or Family Tomorrow (10 vials/3 years free storage) programs there are no storage fees.
