Background verification??

Hello. I am new to the program and have just begun this process. I had a question and I was hoping someone could help. My partner and I have started looking at the donor profiles and were wondering what the steps were to confirm accuracy of the information that is provided. For example, are G.P.A.s confirmed with transcripts?? How about things like sports experience. How is that information confirmed or verified?

You can probably get a more offical answer from CCB by posting this question in the "Ask CCB" section.

But, IIRC, yes they do ask for transcripts. They also ask the questions in multiple formats/repeatedly to catch any inconsistencies. As for things like sports experience, I'm not sure and would be interested in hearing from CCB too...
