Confused maybe someone can help regarding rewash

I bought 2 premium vials of IUI samples and I am new to this, so I am a bit confused. What is recommended once the doctor receives these samples? Should they rewash the specimen or do they just thaw it out? I was told by my doctor that he was going to rewash because some of the sample may be bad due to it being frozen but he never did rewash. Does it matter? Or will there be just a slight difference in chances of getting pregnant? My doctor is not getting back to me and I keep reading and reading and feeling uneasy. Should I go see another doctor?
