Can't access pics and other info

Hi there,
I purchased a Donor Subscription Level 2 towards the end of January which I thought was active for 90 days so it should still active until the end of April but I can not see pictures or access any of the other information even though I am logged in.
Can you let me know what I need to do?

I'm sorry that you are having an issue accessing your subscription. Please call Client Services so they can check your account and assist you further.
