Still struggling with additional photos

Hi again,

I still can't locate the additional pictures of #12138. According to my account, I haven't paid for any downloadable information, but I paid for the phone consult, and I have the original picture he provided.

Please help. It may be operator error on my part. Thanks!

    Sorry for your frustration. Not your error. Since you did a Consultation and never purchased the original baby photo online, you will need to contact Client Services at 866-927-9622 and have the updated photos emailed to you. They will varify your account and take care of it right away.

    They are cute photos!
