What have your experiences with Clomid been?

I am on day 2 of Clomid and experiencing some mild cramping and abdominal discomfort...is this normal?

I took clomid for 5 days, the 1st 2 days I felt mild crmaping and some discomfort but it wasn't anything worse than the symptons of your monthly cycle for me, the last 3 days , felt nothing...when is your IUI...I had mine last month and now pregnant, CLomid gave me 3 egss where only one was hopefully fertilized! keep us posted!!

MY IUI is next week. I go in on Monday for an ultrasound and from there, they will determine the best day (probably Wed or Thurs) to inseminate.

I heard about a "trigger shot"...??? I'm wondering if I have to give this to myself or if they'll do it for me...???

I always gave the trigger shot aka HCG to myself...they'll give you instructions how to do it. I did 5 Clomid cyles (1 follicle each time), none of them worked. I ended up using Follistim Injections and that worked the 1st time giving me three follicles and baby. However, I lost him but will be trying again with Follistim.
