Any recommendations for Dr.'s for IUI in CT?

My wife and I are having a really hard time finding a doctor that treats us like a fertile couple, who just needs someone to sign off on donor sperm. Our insurance isn't covering anything but parts of some blood work, so we are literally spending over 5000$ and haven't even gotten the chance to get inseminated yet.

We are looking for a recommendation of a midwife or an OBGYN in Connecticut who was willing to inseminate at your home or in their office, if anyone knows anyone it would be so greatly appreciated!
