If your Insurance has Infertility Benefits, how or does this cover for IUI.

    You will have to submit your invoices from CCB to your insurance company for reimbursement of your vials. We do not take insurance directly.

    You will have to check with your physician on the office visits and treatment. They may submit the claim for you or you may have to do it yourself. It depends on your doctor's office policy.
