Fiest try since miscarriage

My partner and I will begin trying again next month after I miscarried at 11.5 weeks. Can't say I'm not nervous/scared. Any words of advice?

Hi LLC. I understand your fears completely. Just stay as positive as you can. I know staying relaxed is easier said than done. Do you know what caused your miscarriage? My last miscarriage was due to Trisomy 21. I'm told I don't have any increased chance of it happening again and am anxious to get started again. Although I will be a nervous wreck until I'm probably at least 1/2 way through my pregnancy. Or at least until I can feel the baby moving regularly.

I wish you all the luck for a healthy pregnancy this next round.

Thanks Becky. They didn't do any tests because they didn't think it was anything other then the natural selection process.
