Hi cryobank team
I am a 35 year old Australian and am currently researching IUI through california cryobank. I have a level 2 subscription and have been narrowing down my options for donors.
I am meeting with a fertility specialist in Australia in October (next month) to get my fertility tested and discuss next steps.
Given the restrictions and lack of donors in Australia as well as the fact that the US and specificaly your company not only has more donors to choose from but is also a lot more organised with keepsake kits and sibling registries etc, I would like to proceed with IUI with an open donor through california cryobank.
My question is do you ship to Australia and if so where as I live in Victoria which I understand does not allow importing sperm, however Canberra does I believe.
I am happy to travel interstate or even to California to get IUI but I am not sure how to organise to get IUI in California when I am not for there.
Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the kind words! We work hard to continually improve our services and offer a large, diverse donor catalog.
Regulations in Australia have changed over time, so it's best to follow up with Client Services. You may call us at 01-310-443-5244 between 6:00am & 6:00pm PDT. But if it's easier to communicate via email, please feel free to send me a message and I will forward it to our Client Services team.

Also, if you are able to travel to the U.S. there are plenty of clinics that we can refer you to that treat patients from overseas.
Regards,
Nicole
