    Anyone have issues with 14001? I've been told 3 times motility is extremely low.

    I chose him and purchased his last 5 vials (2 ICI, 3 IUI). Hopefully it's enough! From what I was reading it sounds like reported motility just after the thaw may not be the whole story as more sperm will "wake up" after insemination (per the website's info on quality standards).

    CCB told me this donor has "more than 5" pregnancies so it worked for those women :)

    Update: I will find out in the next week if pregnant by 14001. Anyone else pregnant or have a child by this donor? Would love to connect!

    We have used four of the five vials we purchased so far. Of the four, two have been concerning low in motility-- 2 million and 4 million. We have not yet become pregnant using this donor. All our vials were frozen on the same day. Each vial is only a fraction of a single ejaculate.

    Did you ask for a refund? I don't think that meets CCB quality standards.

    We got a refund on one and the second low count was just two weeks ago so we are in the process of asking for a refund on that one. The shock to us was that each vial is not a full ejaculate. We always just assumed that's what we were getting. I spoke with California cryobank today and they said that each ejaculate is separated into (usually) 3-4 vials. Some more, some fewer of course. I wish we had known before because we would've likely done a double insemination with the low counts!

    I've used this donor twice now. Asked both times about the quality and the dr said it was fine but didn't give me numbers. I'll find out if I'm pregnant next week.

    Just found out I'm not either. :(. checked with the clinic again... they just said that they wouldn't have used it if they didn't think it was acceptable. We are going to try this donor again this month.

    We used this donor and received a refund because the counts did not meet standards. Does anyone know if we can get them to refund are money or not? They only said we would get a credit? However, we are unsure we want to continuing using this bank. Please confirm. Thanks
