It's very important to report pregnancies and births to us and to also update your contact information (email, phone number, & address) if it changes. This allows us to contact you if we have an important medical update to share with you.
It is a rare occurrence, but in the event that we receive new information that indicates a specific risk for a medical problem in offspring of a donor, we attempt to contact clients to whom this information is relevant, as determined by the Medical Director.

We do receive other donor updates that are shared upon request. Please feel free to contact our Genetics Dept about any updates on your donor. You can call 877-743-6384.
