Hi. I just started my first injection of follistim last night around 9:00 pm and I woke up around 12 am feeling like my heart was racing and I was feeling short of breathe. I feel fine this morning but it was a scary feeling. Has anyone else had any problems while using this medication.

I have taken the follistim (300u/day) and did not ever have any side effects that you mentioned. I haven't heard of those kinds of effects with this med... I'd suggest you may want to call your RE and see what they think.
