Orgasim before or after IUI? How long do I wait or don't wait?

I know this may be a strange question but I just want to make sure I don't lessen my chances of getting pregnant. I have heard it is good to "get stimulated" prior to your IUI. Then I read that it could be bad and lessen the chances of getting pregnant. Any proffessionals out there that could give some advise on what worked, didn't work, should or shouldn't do? Thank you for answering my strange but important to me question!

    Thank you! It was helpful, I've searched before & couldn't find anything. I thought I remember hearing that some of the fluids our body produces could kill the sperm or make it difficult for the sperm to swim up the tubes.
