I tried checking the baby picture of my retired donor 5575 to see if any additional photos had been downloaded and this is the message I received. (photo was purchased about a year ago)

Unfortunately, we did not receive any additional photos from Donor 5575.
We are currently still in the process of converting all the existing Baby Photos to match our new Childhood Photo template. Because we have so many photos to convert over, retired donors were given the lowest priority.
5575's original Baby Photo should be available online sometime this week. If you would like a copy sooner, please contact Client Services at 866-927-9622 and they will be happy to send it to you via email.
