sperm bank decision

How did you all decide to use this sperm bank versus all the others available? My girlfriend and I are brand new to this whole experience and that's what I'm trying to figure out at this point.

Hi Mossybirds - we talked to a few friends and they all used CC. We knew they had a reputation for quality specimens, so since we found a donor we liked here we just went for it. And actually after we had already bought our vials, our Dr. recommended CC to us because the quality is consistent. I've had to call CC a million times at this point about various things and they've been really helpful and great on the phone every time. I think the customer service factor is really important because this process can get a little stressful and confusing (not to mention expensive).

Hi am.bk, you mentioned the process can get a little stressful. My partner and I are about to purchase our first donor. Can you offer any advice that may eliminate unneeded stress?
