Anyone successful IUI @ 38 yrs old or older? 11225 successes? rigorous excercise ok?

2nd round IUI w/ 11225 is in one week. I'm 38 yrs old and soon to be 39. I have 4 chances. Didn't know I could take preg tests until I read these posts. Waited 2WW and then on the am of the blood test, my period came. Disappointed but looking forward to my next opportunity.
Looking for any success stories re: 11225 or encouraging stories about IUI after age 38.
Also, is it true that rigorous excercise is bad for getting pregnant? Been making it a point to try to excercise and lose weight due to PCOS but would be happy to stop. ;)
