How many ppl get pregnant on 1st try?

I'm hoping to but I read a lot of stories about ppl having to try so many times....emotionally and financially I hope not, but we gotta do what we gotta do!

    It depends really on if you have any known fertility issues and what method you are using. My DH had the fertility issues for the most part so I got pregnant with clomid and iui first time both times. Here is a list of the most likely chance of first attempt working to least
    IVF
    iui with drugs
    Iui without drugs
    In home insemination
    At my re clinic they say it takes on average 3 times for an iui with clomid and trigger. I have met lots of women who were successful on the first try with an iui though. If 1977 is your birth year then we are about the same age and puts you at a higher possibility of twins. Which is what happened to me both times

    I am currently on my 4th cycle, but next week will be my third IUI. Last month I ovulated really early so we had to skip a month. Good luck and stay Positive! The whole process can be very draining and get you down, but it is all worth it in the end.

    I will be on my third try in march. Here's to hoping. I see a lot of people get lucky on three. Maybe you stop thinking about it so much and you're able to relax. I don't know.

    I am now on my 5th IUI. My 4th end in a chemical pregnancy unfortunately. Good luck everyone!

    I got pregnant my first time. I had no known fertility issues and was healthy going into the process. Good luck!
