it takes forever and still cannt download the level 2&3 subscribed info

i have paid the 250$ fee to level 2 & 3 item information of the all donors, but the only more access i get is the childhood photos. everything else in the level 2 & 3 items takes forever to download it. once i let my ipad wait there,1.5 hours later, still nothing downloaded.

i need to chose the donor within a week , annybody elsehas same problem with the website?

    Unfortunately, iPads due not support most of our donor information. From our FAQs page http://www.cryobank.com/how-it-works/purchasing-faqs/#purchase-15:

    Can I view Donor Information Subscriptions on my iPad?
    The iTunes Store has several applications that allow the viewing of "Flash Video" which is required in order to be able to view Donor Information Subscription information on an iPad. Here at CCB we prefer Photon Flash Player.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. I hope this helps. This is a common problem for many companies using Flash on their websites.

    To clarify... Your subscription will work from any other non-tablet computer.
