Hello,

Can you please confirm for me whether this donor will be having another release? The online message says another release is planned, but the customer rep I spoke to didn't think that was true. Can you please confirm as I am quite interested in this donor?

Also, when are new donors next added to the catalog? For example, does this happen every month, or only certain times a year? I just want to make sure I am seeing the new donors as soon as they are available.

    Hi Greta-

    New donors are added to the catalog as they become releasable. It can happen at any time.

    Unfortunately, 11562 is retired from donating and there will be no more vials released.
