Low sperm count

Hello, today for IUI#3 I had a new doctor. She said the sperm count was only 7 million after thaw, which she deemed so low that she thought I should contact CA Cryobank about a refund! For IUIs #1 and 2 (all have been consecutive months), I wasn’t told the sperm count so now I’m wondering if those were low as well. Is there anything I can do about this?

    @Dogmama87 hello, this is the low end of sperm count. I experienced this with my donor and the iuis didn't work. CCB have this number as the cut-off. They say it's "still possible to achieve a pregnancy" however you'd be hoping for over 10 million. So anything under they will refund..

    What was the mobility?

    I'd still reach out to them bit get all the info from your clinic.
