Hello, I was wondering if anyone can share how many rounds of IUI or IVF they did as a 42 year old or older. If you even tried IUI and any advice. Thank you

  • Hello, at the age of 43 I tried 7 IUIs (3 unmedicated/4medicated) and got pregnant on my 7th attempt. All the best to you on your journey

  • Amazing! thank you so much for sharing :) and congrats to you and your family!

  • At 44, I had three rounds of IUI and was unsuccessful. One round of IVF, and I have my baby! Good luck!

  • I’ve had 8 medicated IUI’s at age 43 and no success. Starting IVF. Would you ladies mind sharing the clinic you used? You have all given me more hope!

  • Are you all doing pgt testing? Has anyone done fresh embryo transfer without testing?

Did everyone that had to do IVF after failed IUI use ivf or iui donor vials for their ivf? I only have ivf vials and with my clinic washing them I'm wondering if I will have enough quality and quantity of sperm to be successful. Also, is everyone using frozen eggs?. At 45 to not risk it due to poor egg quality, I am using my frozen eggs and having pgt-a testing.
