How do you ensure the accuracy of donor information and prevent errors during purchase and transport

I happened to discover that some donor information might be incorrect.
After reporting this to your customer service, I have not received any feedback. This makes me very concerned about potential errors in other areas, and the lack of response from customer service also makes me doubt your follow-up services.

  • I can't tell you the details because it doesn't comply with their regulations. But I did find that, although this error is not a critical information error. But I would like to remind you that their website statement does clearly state that they do not guarantee that the donor's information is completely accurate, and even if there is an error, don't expect any compensation. And what I am most dissatisfied with is the attitude of the customer service, they completely ignore your inquiries
