11942

Just wondering about 11942... he doesn't have an Up Close and Personal, and it says no reported pregnancies. Is that true? Any idea why? He seems great (albeit young). Is there any way to know if people have tried and just not succeeded with him, or are people just not into him? Tonight's job is to narrow the list from 5 to 2 or 3, and order the extra stuff. Thanks for any info! (Also if you have any personal feelings on this donor, I'd love to hear them!)

  • He was just released late last year. His sales have been better than average. It generally takes about a year to start getting in reports. No reason not to use him if he feels like the right one for you.

We will try and get an UC&P done on him ASAP.

Great smile and big wavey (almost curly) hair. Looks like happy-go-lucky surfer or musician.

    Good luck!

  • We used this donor for many reasons. After reading about 45 other donor's &listening to many audio interviews, this young man stood out as bright, kind, humorous, articulate and very mature for his age. I spent many hours researching donors and after 10 mins my partner chose 11942 out of the top 15 I picked. My partner got pregnant with the first IVF and is due in early December. We hoped for an open donor but you can't have it all!
  • I hope everything worked out for you both and December brought a healthy child. Would you be willing to share any information? My partner and I are planning a March IVF with 11942 and would appreciate any feedback or input. Thx- Amanda
  • Hello we would also love to hear people's experiences with 11942 - we just did our first AI with this donor, and would love to hear how it is going for other people.
Also, we are anxiously awaiting his next release of vials. Is there any update on that?

    Thanks!

  • Would still love to hear from other 11942-ers!
  • My favorite (11942) is now listed "unavailable." Is that because he is "sold out," or were his sperm count numbers low (as I saw noted elsewhere)??
I was going to start my process next month with this guy and now I am sad. :(
Any chance to get him back?? With higher counts??
    Thank you!
  • Hi Tricialtz - he is totally sold out and retired, nothing to do with his numbers as far as I know. I think the only way you could get him "out" of retirement is if you already had a baby by this donor. Individuals might be selling his vials on their own.... Good luck!
  • Hi Tri -

11942 is retired and not available to be reactivated for first pregnancies. I'm not sure where you are getting your info, but for the record, his counts were completey fine and there were no issues with successful pregnancies.

I'm sure we have another great donor for you. Feel free to contact Client Services at 866-927-9622 for help in selecting another great choice.

    Happy holidays,
