Donor 14262 (connections) and vials

Hi! I have had success with this donor. We always thought we'd add another to our family and had quite a few healthy embryos. Unfortunately, after waiting a few years and moving (getting embryos transported) we learned that the facility handling and storing our embryos did not cap the straws. The remaining embryos were either destroyed or lost (empty straws). I honestly never thought we'd need extra donor vials and they have been gone for some time now. If anyone knows of extra, please let me know. We want another baby, but not sure it's the right decision for us to use another donor.
Lastly, if you know of a FB groups for siblings, I'd love to hear about it 😀 I'm having trouble finding.
