Giving my vial to someone else

Hi - I have a vial of donor sperm I purchased stored at my fertility clinic (not with CCB as it already shipped out). Am i allowed to donate it to another person who already has a baby with that donor and wants to try for a sibling? Do I have to do anything to be able to do that?
