I’m so frustrated, nobody ever contacts me when more become available even though I’m listed to be notified
Had the same experience - was on the waitlist for a donor, who came available with >25 vials available, never contacted.
I called today to follow up and they said they didn’t have any come available on 8/8. It’s very hard to get some clear answers sometimes. Fingers crossed the donor has another release soon. Apparently he has some in quarantine but needs to come in for blood work!
Looks like he is back in stock with 23 vials as of 8-31-23. Good luck!
