Questions about Donor Eligibility Checks

I'm using a translator, so there may be writing errors. I would like to know how you vet donors for various information? Such as education major, position, family medical history......How do you assess the donor's mental condition? If he's mentally ill, like schizophrenia, that's something genetic testing can't do. Can you know if the donor has a criminal record? Sorry for all the questions, but having a baby is a big deal and I want to make sure that nothing goes wrong.
