How many attempts (vials) did it take you to get pregnant

How many vials did you use to get pregnant? We’ve used three so far. IVF/ICSI and none of my eggs fertilised and two failed IUI’s.

For comparison, I did IVF/ICSI with my husband and 90% fertilisation, one pregnancy (loss). His count was in single or double digits.

I am shocked that it’s worked so poorly with donor sperm so far, I have no fertility issues.

    @OzMom I was told on average expect to use 4 vials by my specialist. Have you asked about the sperm count? Ccb have quality assurance of the count is below par. Ask you doctor and maybe consider switching. Best of luck
