sperm motility guarantee

Hi,

I was curious to know what the "mobility guarantee" is and how that works. We just did our 5th IUI and the other 4 tries we had mobility between 10-17 million which is good! But our 5th try was only 4 million.. which is under the standard for IUI. Is there a way to get a refund or a partial refund? I unfortunately feel like it was almost a waste to try... could we get some guidance?
