Deadline before new prices hit

Hello,

My partner and I are narrowing down donors and want to purchase several vials shortly (as many as 12), preferably before your prices increase.

What is the deadline before the end-of-the-year to purchase?

Are there any forms we can complete now to get the ball rolling?

We would like you to keep most of the vials at your facility until we are ready to begin IUI with our doctor. Is it possible to send one vial a month, as we try...or do you send like three at a time to doctor?

Hi aj -

You should make your purchase before the 31st to secure the current prices (we close at 1pm PST).

All you need to do is fill out the forms you find here on the website: http://www.cryobank.com/How-It-Works/Opening-an-Account/.

You will eventually need your physician's signature on the A1 to schedule shipment, but you don't need it to purchase your vials.

With 12 vials we will provide 3 years of free storage (1 year with 6 vials). You can ship as many or few vials as you want at any time. Any vials that do not leave our facility are always eligible for buy-back should you reach your family goal with extra left over.
