Genetic variant issues donor 14331

in Selecting a Sperm Donor

I'm trying to learn whether any other female children from this donor have had health issues particularly relating to epilepsy or to confirm the existence of girls without epilepsy. We received the information regarding a variant of unknown significance and our genetic counselor has cautioned about the risk of using female embryos created from these embryos

We do have daughter who is five using this donor with zero issues. It's so hard to know what to do. Any other information on how girls from this donor are would be hugely appreciated.

    My daughter had a narrow valve and she had two major lung n heart surgery been in n out of ED 17 times since 2021 til now she had her heart surgery the second one march or 2023 admitted 17 times every two weeks last admission was April of 2023

    She is on oxygen everyday but she is happy

    I’m so sorry to hear that. Does she have pcdh 19/epilepsy?
