Hello guys, fixing to start on IUI #3. Any tips and tricks are greatly recommended and appreciated. The first two were natural IUIs but I believe we are trying medicated this time.

No, the first two failed.
Good luck! We did natural IUI for #1, then medicated with Femara & Ovidrel for #2 and #3. Had a chemical pregnancy on #2 but no luck on #3. In the TWW for #4 now, used Clomid 50mg and Ovidrel. For #3 and #4, we did double IUI on back to back days. The research is mixed on the efficacy of two back to back, but hey, the more sperm the better!
