Donor 15640 Profile Inaccessible

Donor 15640 profile has been inaccessible since September 2021. I had previously purchased vials from this donor. I was allowed to purchase vials from this donor again in September even though his profile wasn’t accessible. At the time, the staff member I spoke to told me “Donor 15640 is in a unique position. He left the program and is returning back, so his profile is inaccessible but will be accessible again in the future”. Well it is now January 24, 2022 and his profile is still inaccessible. Please advise as to what is going on. Thanks.
