Transferring Vials

Hello, has anyone transferred vials to their partner?? We've called the cryobank and they keep on giving us an invalid email address.. we have tired sending the email about 5 times now and they keep on sending it back. Please HELP!! we're on a time constraint! Thank you so much!

Yes, that’s the email we’ve been sending them too and have been unsuccessful.. is there a fax number?
