Transferring Vials

Hello, has anyone transferred vials to their partner?? We've called the cryobank and they keep on giving us an invalid email address.. we have tired sending the email about 5 times now and they keep on sending it back. Please HELP!! we're on a time constraint! Thank you so much!

@DJ081418 - I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble sending us the forms. Please post which email you've been trying so we can see if there's an error.

Yes, that’s the email we’ve been sending them too and have been unsuccessful.. is there a fax number?
