Can't view profile - 16326

Why I can't view the Donor 16326 profile?

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Donor 16326 is in a unique position right now. He is returning back to our program and is in the process of going through our qualification process again. We usually don't allow "retired" donors to return back to our program, but since the pandemic interfered with the normal timeline of participation in our program, we are allowing some donors to return and complete our program. Because our system thinks he's a new applicant, his profile page isn't showing online. We expect the profile page to be accessible again when additional vials are released which is estimated to be in December.

    In the meantime, please give us a call if you need any of his information items like the Medical History, Genetic Test Summary, Donor Profile, etc. and we can email them to you.
